Scripture: “Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.” Psalm 90:12 (NLT).
Prayer: Eternal God, anchor my heart in what truly lasts. Remind me that my days are gifts, not guarantees. Deliver me from distraction, delay, and drift. Help me value people over hurry, presence over productivity, and obedience over outcomes. Number my days with wisdom—so that I spend them loving You, serving others, and stewarding every assignment You’ve entrusted to me. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.
Reflection (Journal Prompt): If I lived today like it truly mattered, what would I prioritize—and what would I release?
Application / Coping Skill: Make a “90–Day Wisdom Plan”: write three priorities (God, people, mission), one habit to start, one habit to stop, and one person to encourage this week. Put a review date on your calendar.
